For those interested, the outer path of The Grove park is approximately 435 metres in circumference.  I GPSd it as I hurtled the buggy around on baby calming duty.

This means that a few laps is all you need to work off the large cod and chips from the nearby Downtown Fish Bar (well, a few of the chips, at least).
