Bye Bye, BAR:CODE?

So, BAR:CODE at the top of Mt. Ephraim is gone.  After they took over the running of the restaurant below, I thought they were on to a winner.  Never got a chance to go.

I'd hazard that the immediate closure is something to do with planning/council or lease/rent of the floors in the building.  Could be temporary and we'll see a resurgent opening before Christmas?

Anyone have a more informed view?
