What next for the Juel shop on Mount Sion?

Unfortunately we lost a semi-independent shop in Tunbridge Wells the other week - Juel, just next to Arte Bianca at the bottom of Mount Sion.

It looks like Bracketts estate agents already have an uffer (the signage is showing under offer) - anyone have any ideas as to what it's likely to be?
